We, Eagle Cane, do not offer refunds or returns for custom walking
canes and walking sticks unless they are incorrect, damaged, or
defective.

If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective,
please contact us within 5 days. We will work with you to resolve the
issue promptly on a case by case basis.
